Her expertise includes liaison, negotiation, coordination, estimating, interior design and FFE procurement, value engineering, entitlement and permitting, project management, contract management, accounting, and construction law. As the owner of IVC Construction, Clarissa ensures high-quality projects that exceed client expectations, leading with integrity, innovation, and a passion for excellence.

With over 25 years of experience, Mark Gobitas has proven himself as a seasoned professional in construction management, development & analysis of complex construction claims, forensic investigations, and expert witness testimony.
Mark holds licenses as a general contractor, commercial building code inspector, and building plans examiner, he boasts a diverse set of qualifications that set him apart in the industry. He also brings a unique blend of expertise in construction quality assurance & control and construction health & safety.
This distinctive background, combined with his extensive experience, has enabled him to work on a wide range of construction projects, including federal, aviation, maritime, military, high-rise, and mega-heavy civil infrastructure projects. Notably, he has experience in both traditional and design-build delivery methods, further showcasing his versatility and proficiency.
